Reverie sessions use repeatable somatic techniques to guide you out of fight or flight and teach your nervous system how to recognize when it is safe to let go, how to let go deeply, and how emerge with clarity and natural energy.

This type of hypnosis uses gentle breathwork and guided imagery to bring you into a subtly altered state — one where your body can relax and your subconscious can reset to a place where:

Sessions are provided by Caitlin Dee, CCHt, CMT, an International Board of Hypnotherapy-certified clinical hypnotherapist, certified massage therapist, and trauma-informed Yoga Instructor with over 15 years of experience as a wellness practitioner.
